Find the flow of fluidity, rhythm, balance and functional movement as you move on your yoga journey.
We will flow through creative vinyasa sequences, weaving in and out of yoga poses and creating a fluid and rhythmic experience on our yoga mats. We will strengthen, stretch, flex and bend with each vinyasa yoga practice, refining our alignment and body awareness. Advanced modifications and options will be offered.
Cameras must be on.
Recommended Props/Gear: Two blocks, a blanket and a strap. These will be used throughout Ananda Yoga’s classes.
When: Saturday mornings at 10:30 am EST
Duration: 60 minutes
Fee: $160 + taxes for 10 classes with the option to auto renew
