FUNdamental Series (Beginners):

The ideal place to start your journey if you have never done yoga.

This program is created for beginners. I recommend the classes be taken in sequence for the best results.

We’ll have fun learning proper alignment, breath-work, and foundational poses. These are key to moving onto Level 1. Each class will focus on specific techniques and asanas, gradually progressing and combining them until the breath and poses flow in sync.

Cameras must be on. Recommended Props/Gear: Two blocks, a blanket, and a strap. These will be used throughout Ananda Yoga’s classes.

Available for two-months.
Duration: 45 to 60 minutes each practice
