Move with Joy (Level 1):

Continue your journey and discover the joy of moving with awareness.

In Level 1, we will integrate all the foundational asanas that we learned before into vinyasa flows. The key here is motion with awareness. Each pose is done mindfully to bring harmony between movement and breath. We’ll explore variations and modifications of poses, and also learn new yoga poses as we progress in our practice. You will slowly build on your practice with regular attendance. This Level brings a slower pace to end your day with ease and joy.

Recommended Props/Gear: Two blocks, a blanket and a strap. These will be used throughout Ananda Yoga’s classes.
