Workshop Theme: 7 Chakras
We’ll explore each energy center, or Chakra, to better understand our
body and organs’ relationship to these centers. Our goal is to improve
and balance energy flow for well-being and connect the physical body to
the spiritual-energetic body.

– Yoga practice
– Meditation & Savasana
What you’ll need:
Comfortable clothes, yoga mat, two blankets, and blocks. Paper and Pen.
Cameras must be on
